This sparkling was made by Ladygarden Founder, Kelly Pearson. Made from the three traditional sparkling grapes, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, all sourced from the Surf Coast in Geelong, this modern style of sparkling is glass of bubby deliciousness. Non disgorged, the lovely aromas make way to a zesty citrus grapefruit palate with the lees giving the wine a lovely texture and body. For the best tasting experience, gently roll or mix the wine before serving.
